Everything included, unopened. I watched a video to guide me through the process. Everything went fine. Reassembled everything, powered on, everything turned on and worked. Good product so far.Notes: Keep your screws organized. They are super tiny.Be mindful of how the ribbons are laid. Especially the ones at the top. Nothing major though.Could be a little cheaper.UPDATE----A week later it stopped working. I took it off and replaced it with the old, cracked screen, which worked fine, ok..then put the one Urepair send me and then....NOTHING. They sold me a defective product and now will not respond to my request to send me a new one. Bad product, bad service. Find an amazon seller who stands behind what they sell. It went fairly quickly and I was able to follow the video guide but the nature of the iphone makes this a challenging task. If you are up for a challenge and carefully keep track of small screws as you remove them things should work out. If you are not handy don't try this yourself. ### ⭐⭐ Poor Quality *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2018* Do not buy this replacement if you are used to Apple quality picture and performance. Look for an OEM quality replacement. You can get them for similar price.On this screen, the color reproduction is abysmal even when compared to my cheap PC monitor. The low refresh rate was also instantly noticeable. Things get blurry fast when scrolling or swiping. Touch accuracy/sensitivity is also poor. I find myself making several typos when trying to text at my normal speed, and items on the screen get tapped as I'm trying to scroll past them. In addition, there was already a small chip in the center of the screen (not visible under normal conditions, but still there nonetheless).Other than the screen, the tools and accessories that came with it were poor quality as well.
