Review: Makes a Good Morning Brew - We enjoyed Starbucks Kenya but no longer available near us in the USA. We usually pick up a couple of bags if in Europe. This medium dark roast brewed in the MochaMaster makes a great start to the day. Not bitter, not as robust as the Colombian we get at Costco. I can’t comment on floral notes or yada yada. Not at all disappointed, will probably buy again. ## Features - KENYAN COFFEES ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR BRIGHT, SWEET, AND BALANCED FLAVOR And Our Kenyan AA Coffee Is No Different. Does this really taste like coffee? I've bought so many blends and supposed REAL Beans,my head swims. I'm tired of French Roast. I've tried other Roast. What do you think is the best. It's a stupid and redundant ? But important..** A: My first impression of this coffee was that it tastes exactly like coffee ! That may be a funny statement, but it is true so many coffees have additional flavors or their own character. This really is just that good plain coffee taste with no lingering flavors. If you could imagine stopping into a diner or something and being pleasantly surprised with how good the coffee was, it would taste like that. **Q: How do you know this is 100% brazilian coffee? the packaging does not seem to comply with current fda regulations concerning country of origin?** A: POLICY:Food labeling statements regarding geographical origin must not be false or misleading in any particular. FDA's policy prohibiting false or misleading labeling of food applies equally to imported and domestic productsIt is 100% Brazilian coffee. **Q: How old is the typical bag sold here on Amazon? Will the coffee have been roasted a few days or weeks ago before getting to the Amazon warehouse?** A: I ordered Fulfilled by Amazon, shipped 2/22, the roast date on the bag is 7/26. **Q: Are the beans tested for Mycotoxins?** A: In short: Yes as stated in the description below (from the header). "MOLD AND MYCOTOXIN TESTED - This coffee has undergone a full screening and has been declared toxicologically safe and compliant. Third-party testing was not able to detect any trace levels of mold, Aflatoxin or Ochratoxcin in these sampled coffees." ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good smooth flavor *by J***Y on September 2, 2026* Great flavored coffee! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes a Good Morning Brew *by P***G on October 24, 2025* We enjoyed Starbucks Kenya but no longer available near us in the USA.
