Applied to triple patio umbrella, 2 nine foot patio umbrellas, cover for swing, cushions. The product worked as advertised. Water beaded and ran off. It’s been 3 years and I’ve notice fabric is losing water repellency. I ordered again to waterproof items again. This definitely protected the fabric from the sun. I highly recommend Starbrite. I used it on my old boat cover. I applied it after the cover had started to deteriorate. It soaked up the product. It did repel water but I should’ve applied much earlier. It extended the life of that cover for at least 2 more years so I definitely recouped the cost of the product. New cover was over $3K. I’ve waited a year for the new cover to age. I’ll spray it as often as needed. If I had not applied waterproofing to the fabric on the umbrellas and covers, they would’ve dry rotted from the sun. I’ll keep using this product. The fabric cushions are still holding up well but they’re under the patio umbrellas. I don’t have any negative comments for this product. It’s not inexpensive but has saved me hundreds of dollars.
