Great value for the money ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good vitamin, not for people with MTHFR Gene issues *by K***. on February 4, 2026* Not for those with MTHFR Gene Mutation Issues. I started taking this vitamin about a year ago and really liked it. however, I was having issues that generally are linked to b12 and b9 deficiencies. Thats when I found out I have an uncommon, but not rare, manifestation of a gene mutation called MTHFR. It means that my body cannot process folic acid (a form of b9) into folate (the natural form of b9). Unfortunately that means that this vitamin was doing more harm than good for me, and I had to switch to a vitamin that contains methylated folate, which is better for my issues. Methylated folate isn't a revolutionary thing, and is actually more absorb-able for all people, so I think that the manufacturer should add it to this otherwise great vitamin. Other than that, this vitamin is good but smells pretty bad, I understand thats because its uncoated which is actually a benefit.
