Unfortunately, Wahl decided to "improve" the cutter head, making it adjustable without using individual plastic guards, What a waste. It is difficult to get a shave that is the right length and consistent. They took something great and made it more difficult to use. The quality is good and it does the job but if you aren't careful you could end up looking likely a badly shaved poodle. Too bad... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought to replace my broken one (that I broke) *by N***K on Reviewed in the United States on July 23, 2019* I had this model for a few years and it never skipped a beat. Blades stayed sharp, give a nice consistent shave, and comes with a lot of good accessories. I only bought a new one because I dropped mine from high up and broke the clip that holds the shaving head to the unit. Now I still use both units, with my "old" one having a dedicated style of head and my new one with the standard head on it. Both continue to run strong. Great budget option ### ⭐ Worked for a bit. I had a patch of no beard and had to attempt to fix with just clippers before heading to work.
