Mosquito Dunks

They work great for my backyard water keeps mosquitoes away

I read somewhere that these mosquito dunks are also good to get rid of gnats on plants. They do. Just follow instructions and the problem will be solved. FYI-- the dunks get rid of the larva from the adult gnats. The gnat lays their eggs and the larva finds and eats the roots of your plant and if you don't get rid of the larva they will eventually kill your plants, so follow instructions and your gnat problem should be solved. FYI-- you might want to buy some plant sand and layer the entire top of the plant soil while you're at it. Gnats don't like landing on sand so they won't be able to lay their eggs. You should do both treatments at the same time-- dunks and sand.- so you get rid of the entire problem at the same time. Good bye gnats!!

This stuff works pretty good.

I used in a small water feature by our front porch. Did a great job of stopping mosquito production. Lasted 30 days. Worked as expected. Wasn’t as good for the bird bath as it fell apart faster - maybe picked at by squirrels?

Bingo! Exactly what I was looking for. Outdoor hot tub w/o heat in natural setting a/k/a no electricity. On a hot Florida day, all you want is to float on a raft with an umbrella drink. A large hot tub size and easy in/easy out. I moved it to a back section with concrete pad. Mosquitoes zeroed in within 2 days. Now I can basically keep it chemical free and use the water drained on grass or shrubs. Far less expensive to change water than add electric, chemicals. By the way, the Mosquito Dunks don't kill tree frogs, birds, or animals. No mosquito larvae; no mosquitoes.

these really work. I had an empty container left in my bake yard it rained and fill with water. I noticed that there was mosquito larvae swimming in the water. I broke of a piece of this dunker crumbled it up a little and sprinkled in the water. checked it the next day and they all where dead. I could see the wormy looking larvae at the bottom. I use this in my pool to help prevent mosquito larvae. I put in a Caroline dispenser and just let it desolve

You have to keep after it but if you use this as directed it works very well.
