I'm used to a vertical mouse now so please consider it takes a little time to get used to but no more arm or elbow discomfort. You can quickly adjust the dpi resolution, also seen as the speed of movement from the centre button. I have not tried it gaming but works well for word, excel, and more importantly designing in Visio.
