Its obs plastic, but feels solid and is a good fit, sponges inside mould the fit to your head nicely, its very well done and it feels like a quality, sturdy helmet. The yellow visor offers good visability and the mic piece is a nice touch. I haven't tried out the sounds but im sure they are a nice feature.
