Most covers will work on both, but it really depends on the length of the rails if it is that style of cover. I purchased The Cover for a 2015 to 2022 Model and it fit like a Glove. I see the Question is for 2004 to 2014. so I would say the model shown should fit. **Q: Is this accessible when tailgate is locked?** A: Can't open **Q: On the rollup version do the rails go on the inside or on top?** A: The small Rails that attach the cover to the pickup bed go Inside the box. and attach to the side of the bed to keep it in place. **Q: There is a picture of three people standing on it. That seems a little far fetched, but it does raise the question.Is there a specified weight limit?** A: The people are all atanding close to the edge supported by truck bed.
