You will need to make sure the measurements are very accurate or else it will be a very messy breakfast. We do cook these in a frying pan so if you have a pancake maker you might have better luck. My husband absolutes hates to make pancakes now, since he is the one that deals from mixing the ingredients to scrubbing the pans. We usually mix some blueberries in this mix and add plant based milk. It’s delicious and I subscribed to get it every month pretty much. Worth the mess! I added more fiber and protein to my diet and reduced my carb and sugar intake. I decided to replace a meal with some protein powder and I love the Orgain chocolate protein powder. After using the powder for awhile and enjoying it. I decided I was gonna cheat and have pancakes one weekend, and I came across this pancake mix. I was a bit skeptical at first, expecting it to suck. But I can honestly say they were pretty good. I don't think anyone would notice the difference. Only thing I noticed was they weren't as fluffy as normal pancakes. They are a bit more dense, nothing too bad.
