My mother, who is basically a chef. Very very busy housewife who cooks three meals a day plus baking bread and things like that she loves this thing. And she knows a lot about kitchen tools so I trust her word. If you’re wondering between this and another one that is similar, I would go with this one. The spatula is firm. The grip is not super tiny so it’s ergonomic for your hands. The material is very durable and hard so it’s not floppy.
