Great book bad shipping.
Great book will get good use and knowledge from. No fault of the seller, but the book came wrinkled and damaged. AMAZON can we please go back to shipping in boxes? Putting paper back books in envelopes for your unqualified/careless drivers to deliver is not a good idea. I’ve purchased 6 books this month, all came in worthless envelopes and half the books (3) are damaged. Covers, spines, and pages.

How Do You Change When You Can't Control Your Body
Just on a side note for those who get hung up on the God versus higher power issue. My dad was an alcoholic most of his life till AA. He doesn't remember how he walked to AA but, remembers being welcomed at the door. He was hallucinating, drinking, sleeping, repeat...at the end. HE was an atheist too. He was sober at 55 yrs old to 93 yrs old reestablishing his relationship with 4 daughters and grandchildren, made amends, helped 100s become sober in retirement, running meetings all over NYC. He believes he WAS changed by a higher power cause he wasn't in control of his body. He read, lived and shared what was in the AA Big Book!
