And afterwards you lie down on your stomach, leave the narrow everyday mind behind and let your true nature shine through. In other words in the second phase, which is 15 min., meditation can happen. It can actually also happen in the whirling, I remember doing it and suddenly realizing that it was the world that whirled, while 'I' was standing absolutely still. Not recommended if you suffer from nausea. In this enhanced version a videosegment guides you to the best possible beginning.
