Will be wearing an immobilizer. Ty** A: I wore an immobilizer and it cradled my leg. The immobilizer kept my leg straight so it does not matter if the pillow bends, as long as the area above your knee is comfortable. If your laying on your back it will be comfortable. I actually ended up putting both legs together and it was comfortable that way too. **Q: If this is not right, not used, can it be returned & how??** A: Im not sure if an item like this can be returned. You would have to Contect the seller.
