Actually, I’ve been using this supplement for the past two months. I’m over 40 now, and in my personal experience, I feel it’s better than others. Anyway, I ordered 200 capsules at once because I believe it will support my overall health.

It’s a great vitamin. If you compare them, it is comparable to Centrum Silver. My husband takes one a day, as prescribed. Hard to write much about a vitamin, unless there is something negative to say and I have only good things to say about these. People take them for the added vitamins and supplements they will get from them, and these have what you are looking for. My husband has no problem swallowing them. I, however, can’t buy the women’s equivalent of these because I have trouble swallowing them. They feel like they get stuck in my throat. But, as I said, my husband has no problem with swallowing them and he’s the one who takes them so, that’s a plus.

Besides my regular doctor prescribed medications, I also take other helpful aids such as vitamins and minerals. While browsing on Amazon I came across this product (One a day men's 50 plus multivitamin, 65 count) and decided to purchase it. I am pleased with my purchase. Rating: 5 Stars.

I think my wife feeds me well, but I continue to take a daily multivitamin. I can't credit them with changing my life, but at 66 I walked my dog over 1,100 miles last year and only missed three days. Those three days were not because I was sick or didn't want to go out in the weather, they were travel days. In the summer taking the dog on a 3+ mile walk requires up to 5 liters of water so we can both drink and I can wet down his furn so I wear a pack that can weigh up to 27 pounds quite often.

The pills are much easier to swallow (large enough male), there isn't any flavor problem, ingredients and I think quality seems equivalent, and cheaper than the perhaps-dominant-now brand. I resisted One-A-Day as being from the Geritol era, but in this day, I think they are fine, and trust them with my post-diabetic restricted diet as worthwhile supplements.
