Does it come with an “S” blade for chopping?

The G8P1AASSPSS does include what is described as a mini-s blade used for chopping as shown on page 7 of the owner's manual - https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/B1Mqi+df94S.pdf. Hey there, and thanks for this great question! This food processor is ideally suited for foods that are mostly solid, while a blender may be a better option for items with a lot of liquid. The food processor may be able to ‘blend’ some items but will not necessarily result in the same consistency that you would get with a blender; it wouldn’t be interchangeable with one, and blending isn’t considered one of its primary functions. The unit has various functions including chopping, shredding/slicing and pureeing – if you wish, you can view the Use and Care manual to determine whether it would fit all your needs. How do you rewind the cord to store it in higher built in storage compartment?

You push the cord into the base only the plug will be out

How many blades actually come with this model?

7 if I recall correctly. 1 primary. 1 spare for the primary. 1 plastic version that looks like the primary. 4 circular specialty blades.
