I bought the Legxercise Pro because my 92 year old sister has one and loves it. I will soon be 84 and have limited mobility, if it could help my circulation it was worth the try. I sit behind my computer pretty much all day, I also have a big screen TV in my computer room. I decided I was going to shoot for 20,000 movements a day. I keep a running total because every time you turn it off, the counter sets back to zero. That was an easy goal, off times I go well over. It does move slow, its meant to move slow. It works for me! In the past 25 days I have recorded 559,310 movements. Now what does that mean? My legs moved 559,310 times more than they would have. It has helped me by reducing the swelling in my legs and ankles and I no longer use a cane to walk around my home. The product makes no claims other than it helps your circulation. I would recommend this to anyone with circulation problems and Neuropathy.
