The book is well written, interesting, entertaining and informative at the same time. I would highly recommend this book. The look of the book is also quite sleak, though after time the cover can have some visible fingerprints on them, though they wipe off pretty well if you're concerned.

I will tell you a fact about this.
There will be many books that'll tell you stating belief is the central aspect using which we may grow or fall and in this book, there are so many research observations using which the author tells us how our mental conditions(energetic or tired) change depending upon the way we utilize our energy. So, what the authors says is you have limited energy and to do a task effortlessly as you progres in life, you'll have to automate it in such a way that you should be doing it on autopilot without thinking much about it. Good one! But, be aware of everything you read.
