Can it be used with lacquer paints?

All Tamiya spray paints ARE Laquer. You can spray anything over Tamiya. Its all I use now.

Can I paint over this with arcylic paints?

YES, you can paint anything over Tamiya primers. They are synthetic laquers. I use it exclusively. Best primer you can buy as are the paints.

Is this compatible with painting with enamel paint over it?

Good primer for accrylic.or enamel. I used both and had no problem.

Looking for a good primer for airpods. Would this work?

I dont know what an airpod is but Tamiya primer is the best quality model there is. It is a synthetic laquer primer, will not damage plastics.
