In generale, le recensioni dei Primer Mecha sono molto positive e alcuni li prefereriscono per l'alta capacità di aderenza al modello. -Il primer Nero GLOSSY (nero brillante) è principalmente utilizzato per dare un fondo, appunto, lucido sul quale utilizzare una vernice metallizzata. Personalmente ho trovato questa procedura ottima con il cromo,l'argento, l'oro e il bronzo (sempre vallejo, ma varie linee), tenendo conto, però, che chiaramente il risultato sarà più scuro. - Il primer Nero di Base -ovvero, il prodotto in questione- è ottimo per tutti gli altri utilizzi nel modellismo statico.
