You'll have to check the JBL site for specifics, but the warranty is several years. **Q: To owners of the Eon One: the microphone volume is quite low whereas volume is good via a mixer...your experience?** A: The unit does not have microphone preamps, just a gain button on the first 2 channels. The low mic output volume is an issue with this unit. There is no fix other than to use an external mixer or mic preamp. I use 2 ART mic preamps for the XLR inputs and it works great. A mixer with mic preamps will work too. JBL doesn't consider this an issue but to me it is. I didn't want to carry extra stuff. Great sounding unit so I kept it even with the glaring fault. **Q: Does it have an output jack to play thru a bigger system?** A: I believe it does have an output jack on the back of the base. **Q: Any recommendations for a cable for the monitor out?** A: There will always be at least a lemon in a batch of 100 or 1000.
