Thank you** A: If you know the volume of the tire you can use a Boyle's law calculator to see what the max pressure will be.(don't forget the final volume is the tire volume + the 1.15l from the air shot). That is assuming no escaping air while seating the tire. With a 29" x 2.35" tire I didn't have any problems with the pressure being to high when I set it, I think when it set for me it was ~20psi. The max pressure a 29" x 2.35" tire could inflate to when the airshot is at 160psi is ~25psi. **Q: will there b a problem with airlines when bringing this?** A: i have taken mine several times in checked baggage, I remove the hose/inflator. I have not tried it with carry on. **Q: I've lost my in core adapter. I live in the united states, how can I order a replacement?** A: I really don't know, unless you can contact the seller or manufacturer. **Q: Can the output hose be replaced with one that has a Schrader chuck?
