I wasn’t expecting much, but this high frequency wand actually helped calm my inflamed pimples faster. It doesn’t make acne disappear overnight, but I noticed reduced redness and less painful breakouts with regular use. The device is easy to use, though the glass attachments need careful handling. Not a miracle cure, but a helpful addition if you struggle with occasional acne.

I’ve been using this wand for a few months, and while it worked fine at first, it has now developed what I consider to be a serious safety issue. The wire near the connection point started overheating, and I actually saw smoke coming out of it. There was also a small orange glow visible through the insulation, which is extremely alarming and suggests the wire was burning internally. This is a clear fire hazard. In addition, the glass wand began producing irregular electrical surges, and I experienced shocks when touching it, something that should absolutely not happen during normal use. At this point, I don’t know if my unit is defective or if this reflects poor overall build quality, but either way, this product feels unsafe to use. I’ve stopped using it immediately. I would strongly urge the manufacturer to address this issue, and I would recommend that potential buyers think carefully before purchasing. Safety should not be a gamble.

Cheap and effective

I had my tool for around a month and it broke down, but I reached out to the seller, and they were more than happy to send me a new package. Overall, I’m happy with the exchange, and would recommend the product.
