Is it for both matte finish and gloss finish?

Stevan,I have a satin finish on my Taylor, however I believe this should also work well with a matte or gloss finish.

is it safe for metal parts like guitar bridge and saddles?

I use it on a classical guitar and ukuleles so I don't have metal parts on the body, but the manufacturer does use this for electric guitars. They call it "super save water based cleaner". Will this product remove surface scratches?

No it will not. I recommend taking your instrument to a professional. Or, and this is just my personal opinion, and have had great results. McGuire's #2 and #9 compounds. If you have no experience in buffing out surface swirl or scratches I would highly recommend a pro.

Not all polish is the same.

I used to think that all polish was more or less the same. But this polish is better than any I've tried. A bit pricey but the results are great. I bought a Gibson ES335 with a matte finish and I love the guitar but I always wished it has a gloss finish. This polish gave my matte finish a very nice glossy look 👌

Este producto ha hecho maravillas con el acabado de mi guitarra. Limpia eficazmente las huellas y el polvo, dejando un brillo espectacular sin residuos pegajosos. Muy fácil de aplicar y de buena calidad. Si tuviera que encontrar una pequeña pega, diría que el olor es un poco fuerte al aplicarlo, aunque desaparece rápidamente después. En general, estoy muy contento con el producto. Mantiene mi instrumento impecable y con un brillo profesional. Lo recomiendo a cualquier guitarrista o bajista

Un seul produit pour tout le nettoyage de ma guitare (corps et touche vernis). Pas fait du tout pour les touches palissandre ou ébène mais idéal pour ma Strat 58 et sa touche érable 👍
