Arrived looking brand new and the cups were undamaged. It makes two basic cups of espresso, don't expect any crema or anything but it boils quick and is pretty foolproof if you follow the instructions. Depending on the size of your burner it and the cups can get very hot while brewing. I recommend start brewing, wait about two minutes and then put the cups on so they don't get too hot. Great for travel or camping, and cute enough to leave out on the counter when you're not using it.
