Does this work for wireless charging?

I've tried this with 3 different wireless chargers and none of them will charge. Looks like the kickstand is too think for it to work with the iPhone 12 Pro that I ordered. It's disappointing cause the case is very nice overall. I'm sad that I'm going to have to return it.

Can I pop this built in screen protector out, and use my own glass screen protector? Or will it be too thick and the case won’t close properly anymore

Yes you can. I followed one of the reviewers’ advice of using hot (not boiling) water. I filled a container with some hot water. Put a pair of dish washing gloves on to provide some protection for my hands against the hot water. Put the top screen cover in the hot water and gently push the screen out. Very easy to remove. I then put my own glass screen protector and the case fits fine.
