I have ordered 3 of these so far - Love It! Have ordered other brands - they don't match up. This one smells very good (lavender with a bit of mint - therapuetic but not overwhelming, reminds me of my favorite yoga studio:). The fabric is soft and comfy! The weight of the wrap is just right. The contoured form and seams keep everything in place, whether on my shoulders, or draped elsewhere. First one did get a small leak - but that was my fault. Likely overheated it, or it may have gotten something on it in the microwave that caused small area of damage... now I place on a clean plate to heat. I heat for 2 minutes, and then add smaller increments if I want more heat (depends on your microwave of course). 2nd one was happily "stolen" by my mother-in-law, so I recently bought a 3rd. Perfect for relaxation, sore muscles, and of course warmth! Winters are cold here... I take it to bed with me, and it helps with morning drive to work. Also love using it to walk the dogs - I just place it over my shoulders, under my jacket, and it stays in place:). Will be ordering more soon as gifts!

Nice warm moist heat! The size and shape contours your neck and shoulders well. The size is perfect, not too big or small. It has a weight to it which is very relaxing and comforting. If you’ve ever heard of weighted blankets, it’s a similar feeling. I bought this one because one reviewer said that the multiple divided pockets help keep everything evenly distributed. So true! The scent is subtle, pleasant and non-allergenic for me. It takes about 2 minutes in the microwave to warm. I’m going to ditch my “moist” electric heating pad for sure! Highly recommend this one!

My go-to neck wrap every morning. I've bought this twice and love it. My only complaint is that the second order arrived with a hole at the seam and the filling was coming out. Just fixed it with a few stitches with my thread and needle. Still, shouldn't happen at all. Hopefully just a fluke.

This is a great item. I've used it for months and it still has the lavender relaxing scent. It freezes fast and stays cold.

I fall asleep with this every night. If I wake up and can’t sleep, I put it in the microwave and put it back on and fall right to sleep like a baby. Lavender scent is perfect. I found that 3 minutes is perfect for me. Though I like mine hot 2.5 minutes is a nice warm time. Its weighted On my shoulders and that’s awesome. When I have an ear ache, I flip the neck part Up to my ear to calm it down. This also works for menstrual cramps. I put the big part on my tummy and the two neck parts On each of my legs. Way better than a heating pad. And because it is not electric, I do not have to worry about “leaving it on”. Great Purchase. I use it every day. My only complaint is that it’s not very Pretty. I wish there were More colors or designs.

I tried 3 different shoulder wraps from amazon, and THIS one, the Spa Comforts brand - is my favorite. It smells amazing and helped my shoulder pain. I returned the other two. This one is the most lightweight, smells the best, has the softest most comforting fabric, and the filling stays put because the stitching goes all the way across each section of filling. My mom liked this one the best too. Highly recommend it! The issue I had the other 2 I tried was that the filling kept falling across each side and doesn't stay in one spot so it feels uneven. (Think of how sand slides across an hourglass - that's how the filling slides across from one side to the other when you pick it up). I also noticed it leaks a tiny bit of filling leaking out of the other 2. Nature's Approach and Huaggaroo were the other 2 brands I tried but did not like.

My wife has pinched nerves in her neck vertebrae and is in constant pain which runs down her left shoulder. The weight and heat of this wrap soothes her pain to a more tolerable level. The weight of the wrap puts pressure on her uncomfortable area which acts somewhat like a massage without movement. And the heat does a lot of good as well. Excellent product and the only one of its type that has the weight necessary to soothe. HOWEVER....HUGE CAUTION. The first one I got for her, was severely damaged beyond use, when she gave it one too many bursts in the microwave and the beads or grains inside got so hot that they melted a hole in the outer cover and we then had "b-b's" spilled out all over the bedroom floor, which took forever to get rid of, since they rolled everywhere in the room. Stepped on strays constantly for a week (even after vacuuming), until we finally rounded them all upt. So follow instructions exactly on heating in the microwave. In spite of ruining the first one, it is such a good product, for her needs, that I instantly ordered a replacement.

Obviously the scent is going to vary by user but I found the lavender smell to be annoying. Once I finished using it, my shirts smelled like the pad. The pad itself functioned as described but I think an unscented version would be better for me.

I love this product, the smell makes you feel relaxed and sleep better, so far I've just used it hot and is really great relieving the muscular ache...

Great smell. Doesn't get as hot as I would like but still solidly built.

Very presentable package. I thought about to buy as lovely gift for my friend. I really enjoyed to put on shoulders after long day . Pleasant comforting feeling. Love it !
