It was a little fiddly to fit because the curvature of the screen wasn't the same as the OEM part over the mounting holes. Some say the brace is necessary to keep vibration down. Yes, it does vibrate some (in any position), but not objectionably so. The wind protection is excellent. A vastly quieter, less buffeting ride than the OEM screen. I am 5' 9" tall.
