Has electronic clutch, which I don't mind because: a) I have the Bosch PS-41 Impact driver if I need to do heavy duty impact drilling and b), I would use this right angle impact for installing slot machines, which doesn't need a heavy duty mechanical clutch. Packaging came as expected. This product does not come with batteries, which I like because I already have batteries of my own.
