Good for Middle Eastern recipes
This is a little round spice that adds a unique flavor to Middle Eastern dishes. Arrived on time, very fresh and easy to use when needed. Good addition to the pantry.

We love this Amba - tasty and add flavor to the meal
It is great to be able to have the oriental sauce available in the U.S. We looked for it in Mediterranean shops and could not find it. Totally recommend it. I just recommend to ask to ship it in a box and not in an envelop as last one was shipped in an envelop and was squeezed and a little dripped out, not a good shipping method.

Amba sauce a new discovery
I placed this Amber sauce onto chicken thighs and oh my God you need not to anything else the sauce makes the best interesting chicken going to use it again tonight

Not for everybody
This has got to be an acquired taste. I'm sure if you grew up with this you would like it but we didn't, and we really didn't know what to do with it. It was suggested in a recipe that we tried, and we didn't like that recipe either. We didn't have room in our refrigerator, so we threw it away.

Good But Old
Opened this up for a meal last night. Very good. I would have given 5 stars but it’s “best by” date was a couple of months before my purchase.. The product is fine but it’s been sitting around somewhere for a while. If that would bother you then you may want to look elsewhere.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This one is the real deal! I'm crushed to see that it's no longer available on Amazon. Please bring it back!

Almost... but not quite.
Almost as good as the stuff made in Iran. It is a little too thick and heavy on the vinegar, but it is still good enough for my American taste buds. The only real complaint I have is that the bottle sent to me was over a year old. Now, much of it will probably go to waste.
