Seems better than others
Purchased to replace a Dorman unit I had recently installed. The Dorman unit had a wobble to it, this one seems a lot better.

Exactly the same as OEM
When replacing a front timing seal it is always a good idea to inspect the harmonic balancer for any wear or grooves that can keep your new seal from wearing out and leaking. This specific part fit my 1998 Blazer 4.3 engine code (W) perfectly. I also used a OEM Delco front seal along with this balancer in order to guarantee a perfect seal and fit, being making this repair of a leaking timing seal is rather time consuming and I only wanted to do the disassembly once.This part is identical to the original GM balancer that needed replaced after 154k miles.

Great factory original part
Balancer fit my 2005 4.3 liter Silverado perfectly like the original which lasted for 150,000 miles. I was getting a driveline like vibration and noticed an increased wobble on my balancer. Removal and installation is very easy with the correct tools and know how. Just remember that this is just the balancer. Seal and key way if needed, will have to be separately purchased.

Not the counter-balanced version necessary for the '93 4.3 w/o balance shaft.
The '93 version of the 4.3 w/o balance shaft used in the Chevy Astro and GMC Safari is an externally balanced engine that requires both the flywheel or flex plate AND the harmonic balance to be counter balanced, meaning they need additional weight on one side to offset the imbalance of the crankshaft. All other 4.3 models had the counterbalance weights on the crank itself.
