Review: As with all USA Pans, this is well constructed. Personally, I don't use it for biscotti, I use a half sheet pan for that, but this has other good uses. Worth the money.

As with all USA Pans, this is well constructed. Personally, I don't use it for biscotti, I use a half sheet pan for that, but this has other good uses. Worth the money.

I use this as multipurpose pan. Excellent for making hot dog buns ( won't be as good as the hot dog bun pan from USA pan) , rectangular Foccacia, or cookies. Just use your imagination. Expensive but worth it. Take proper care in mild washing and immediately wipe dry and will last for decades and still look BEAUTIFUL:)
