The keyboard I received has a “p” key that continues to type. Who do I need to contact to get this resolved?

Hi Bob, you can contact Amazon customer service and return the Surface Pro 7 wireless bluetooth keyboard to Amazon warehouse if you find any production issue, the seller will definitely provide free repalcement service or make you full refund.

Can i use it without bluetooth like a regular type cover keyboard?

For this Microsoft Surface Pro 4/5/6/7/7 Plus type cover keyboard, Bluetooth connection is required, once you connected the bluetooth, no need to connect again in your next time use.

Where can i find my bluetooth keyboard name? i can’t connect it with my surface tablet since i don’t know the keyboard name.

Power on the keyboard and press “Fn+Z” button, open Bluetooth function of your Microsoft Surface Pro 4/Pro 5/Pro 6/Pro 7/Pro 7+ tablet, then you will find “Bluetooth Keyboard”, choose it to realize the bluetooth connection.

will this work on surface pro 8?

This keyboard is suitable for Microsoft Surface Pro 4/Pro 5/Pro 6/Pro 7/Pro 7+, but won't work with Surface Pro 8, if you want it for Surface Pro 8 and Surface Pro 9, we have also it, you can check this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09YY31NVJ?ref=myi_title_dp
