Packaging and Delivery: Came a day earlier than expected. Packaging was good. Transportation was also good as there was no sort of damage on the internal or the external packaging. Kudos to Amazon on that!The box contents were:The keyboardThe detachable USB CableUser ManualA Warranty CardA Welcome Card from HyperXWith that out of the way lets move on to the juicy part!I am using the Hyper X Alloy Origins(Aqua Switches) to the write the review.Keys: I have been using the cherry mx brown switches since I'm not a big fan of the linear red or the clicky blues. And honestly I must admit that the these switches are bit smoother than the mx brown. I don't know what magic HyperX has done but whatever it is I like it.Sound: I like how the keys sound, its music to the ears. I'm disappointed on how the space bar and the backspace sound. Its not that bad but yeah it's like a noise to the music these switches produce. The backspace isn't that bad but there is a lot spring ping sound from the space bar. You'll get used to it I guess. I'll tell you about whether I got used to it or not when I update this review. Apart from the space bar the keys are not obnoxiously loud like the MX blues, no one is gonna complaint about you typing or playing games on this keyboard, but they may complain about the space bar XDKeyboard: The keyboard footprint is slim profile. Minimal Bezels so if you have a tight workspace/gamespace like me, then this keyboard is gonna be a big fit. I have the full layout version, the TKL will save you even more space. There is a 65% version of this keyboard out there but unfortunately not in India.The keyboard has two inclination legs. Do you need a wrist rest? Not really unless you type for long hours. But even so they keycaps are not that high so as to make buying a wrist rest mandatory.The keyboard is adequately heavy giving it the premium feel. There is no flex when in the normal or any of the two inclination angles. The USB cable exits from the right and there are no other routing options so keep that in mind.Keycaps: So far the keycaps have not picked up any oil or fingerprint. The texture is smooth and soft to touch. Only time will tell how these hold up, but even so I'm guessing it will last a long time before you have to actually replace them.RGB(Everyone's favorite topic I guess, well almost everyone): Per-Key RGB with the option to customize however you want. There are three levels of brightness excluding the off option. The lights are bright as you can see in the image when compared to the full brightness on my laptop keyboard. The light shines through the FN options as well so you dont have to worry about that being a problem at night.There are three presets available on this keyboard which you can customize any way you want.The Ngenuity software: So the reviews on Youtube state that you need to keep the software running in order to keep your lighting setting running, since then HyperX has updated their software. Yes it is still only available on the Microsoft store, but the days where you had to keep the software running to light the keyboard the way you want are long gone. You can customize your keyboard whatever way you want and then the software has an option to save to keyboard which as it says allows you to save your profiles to the keyboard. Once its saved you can exit out of the software and the lighting you chose will still work. As a matter of fact the purple color shown in the images doesn't have the software running in the background.Gaming: I only played Destiny 2 with this just for 10 mins and I enjoyed it. The switches are not gonna be a bother to you in any way.Conclusion: Its a great keyboard and if you can find it on sale like I did for 7300 Rs. Its a steal. If you are new to mechanical keyboards and wants to try one, if you have the money I would definitely recommend this over any other in the this price segment. Though this keyboard does have a rival of sorts (Keychron K2 V2), it also comes for the same price tag of around 7200Rs and its wireless (can be used as wired too). It has its own use cases depending on what you use it for(mac users are gonna love that thing).I'll update this review as time passes or I find some cons. The build quality is a solid 10.The only 2 cons I can come up with are:1. The software to control the lighting is not so great2. The keyboard lacks a dedicated sleep button.The build quality is a solid 10.The lighting is super bright. I use it at just 25% of peak brightness.The buttons are super clicky and typing is very enjoyable. But touch typing is needed to enjoy typing.Will update my review after a few months to write about the durability.

If you think it have all the features you want just buy it because the keyboard is awesome. Very strurdy could easily knock someone out with it. Coming from zebronics max pro these have less sound very nice feeling keys and sound

I only received this product a couple of days ago, but the experience of typing on this has been great. The key presses are consistent, and there is enough clear feedback, without being too intrusive or too noisy. The RGB lighting is customizable and pretty neat. The travel of the keys seems just perfect for my hands. Really adds a lot of colour and comfort to long days in front of the computer for programming/gaming and related tasks. Adds to the writing experience as well.I used to use an Ant e-Sports keyboard earlier, which conked out after some keys stopped working after a few months of use. I only wish this thing (given the extra money I shelled out for it) lasts longer. I also gather that these HyperX switches are better tested and I hope that is true!

It took some time to get used to it but I love the way it feels... Bit noisy when on calls but overall it adds some fun to the boring work we do ☺️

The keyboard is really good, the aqua tactile switches are quite smooth and also give a feedback for the click.

Worse possible service, I am not sure if Amazon is responsible or the hyperX. I have received a defective keyboard, FN key not working. I complained and Amazon said they are extending return window but it was not extended. I had to go to the vendor service center and I have spent 1000 rupees which I want to be refunded. Service center don't know what they did but said its working. It is not working with my laptop. My laptop is new, latest no problem with USB port which service center tried to blame on, well other keys are working fine. I don't want to spend another 500 to go to the service center. I want to return the keyboard and Amazon must return product price plus money spent on trip to the service center. This is cheating.

Pros:Build quality is sturdyRGB looks greatKeys are responsive as expectedCon:My biggest concern with this keyboard is the lack of dynamic indicator lights on the 'Caps Lock' and 'Num Lock' keys. When these keys are activated, there are no lights on the keys themselves to indicate their status. Instead, there are small indicator LEDs located in the top right corner of the keyboard. However, these are difficult to see, making it hard to determine whether 'Caps Lock' or 'Num Lock' is on or off. This is a feature that most other keyboards typically have, where the keys themselves indicate their active status.I know it's a premium keyboard, but the price could've been lower by at least a couple thousand, at least for my usage. The missing feature I mentioned above disappointed me. Otherwise, it's a decent keyboard.

Glad I bought this. Aqua switches are amazing :) they’re like brown cherry mx but feels better. Great price and value compared to others that I find inferior although they were more expensive. Amazing build quality. Feels like it’s built to last.

So I recently purchased this keyboard, my first mechanical keyboard. I have had a steel series membrane gaming keyboard for over 5 or 6 years now (and loved it). I finally felt it was time to upgrade. As I'm in grad school and game (when time allows) I have been looking at moving to a mechanical keyboard that is good for typing and gaming. After a lot of research in to switches I settled on something like a cherry mx brown switches, which is exactly what the hyperx aqua switches are.The truth is this board was on sale during Prime day this year for a great price. It was the best reviewed keyboard I could find for the money during the sale (there were other brands but I have given up on some top gaming brands, just won't put them on blast), so I pulled the trigger, made the purchase. I could not be happier so far with my experience. Going from a good membrane keyboard to a mechanical w/ the Aqua Switches has been seamless. It feels good, isn't super loud, and tactile enough to feel comfortable and familiar. I like the cut down, no frills design, that is just how i prefer things in general. I will update if anything changes but so far I would recommend this keyboard to anyone who needs a good keyboard for both gaming and typing.The keyboard is comfortable, but I did also buy the hyperx wrist rest too, and so far it's very comfortable and well made. Just for the way I position my hands I'd recommend picking that up too.

Ich habe diese Tastatur direkt mit der Razer Black Widow Lite vergleichen können. Die HyperX ist von der Verarbeitung her eine Stufe darüber. Die Aqua Switches sind noch einmal einen Ticken besser als die vergleichbaren Razer Orange Switches und deutlich leiser, auch ohne O-Ringe. Der Druckpunkt ist etwas präziser.Welten liegen hingegen bei den Tastenkappen. Während sie bei der Razer eher klapperig sind, kommen die von HyperX deutlich wertiger rüber.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde diese Tastatur definitiv weiterempfehlen.
