Can I use this camera for 3D walkthrough real estate video?… is the another software required?

You can, but I don't think you want to since the camera will take a full 360 video including the person holding the camera. It even takes pics/vids underneath the camera. I've used this for real estate pics and it's best to put it on a monopod. Even using a traditional tripod, pics of the legs will be shown and need to be edited out. I used Retouch software to do some basic editing to remove small bits of unwanted content. Hope this helps.
