I like to carry my phone for emergencies and of course snapping pictures and recording videos. Unfortunately, my phone is not waterproof so I had to keep my phone away when I went to the beach/rafting/canoeing. Upon browsing on line I came across this waterproof phone case. The reviews looked good so I decided to get these.The waterproof phone case arrived promptly in a box with adequate protection. The case itself came in a white plastic ziploc like bag. The instructions brochure is enclosed within the waterproof phone case. A neck strap is also enclosed in a plastic cover so that the phone can be easily accessible to users. Upon removing the brochure and the plastic cover, I held the case to get a feel for the weight. Thankfully, the case itself is not too heavy. The build of the case seems to be of good quality. The top of the case is made of hard plastic which can be opened by sliding the rugged latches/clips from the back side of the case.Before using the case for my phone I had to test whether the case was indeed waterproof. So I decided to put a brown paper tissue (for visibility purposes) inside the case and made sure the case was closed properly. I immersed the case inside a bucket of water by putting some heavy objects on it. After half and hour I decided to check whether the paper towel was wet/dry. Surprisingly, I didn't find even a droplet of water inside the case. However, one has to be careful in opening the case as water droplets can be stuck on the top. It can easily flow inside if one is not careful. This is just a minor flaw with the case.I used the case for my phone based on the results. I was really surprised that the case manufacturers were still able to retain touch ability of my phone even when the phone was enclosed within the transparent plastic part of the case. The phone was responsive to touch in most of the cases. Due to this case I was able to use my phone when I went for rafting. I was able to snap a lot of pictures. The case also enabled the use of phone during rains.I was able to use the case to store earbuds, credit cards, cash and so on as the case is waterproof. But make sure the case stays away from sharp objects. The case seems to be a dust magnet on the outside and inside(only when the case is wide open) so one has to be careful about this.Overall, this case can protect your phone from the elements like sand, water/snow. This case has barely any flaws so I would definitely consider buying the case again in the future. The case also retains touch ability of modern smart phones. I will update the review based on how the case holds up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product *by K***B on July 31, 2016* Purchased two sets of these for my patio after a friend recommended them. I love the old-fashioned look to them and the fact that each bulb has its own hanger. They create a nice warm glow and the strand is pretty long compared to most string light sets. They include extra bulbs (three of mine arrived broken though) as well as an extension cord. Good value for the price. ### ⭐ Way too big *by O***R on August 25, 2018* Not a clip on book light!
