PlumEasy Patterns Ground Walnut Shells Lavender Scented, 11 oz. Bag

I purchased these lightly scented crushed walnut shells for a craft project. The description states they are lightly scented, & they are definitely lightly scented so thank you for that. But I will also say that even lightlly scented goes a very long way, especially when you are talking lavendar scent. I didn't think I would have enough for my project but I definitely did & I loved the crafted item so much I actually made 6 of them! I needed more of the crushed walnut shells to complete my projected 6 items so I did end up purchasing unscented walnut shells at a VERY REASONABLE price. Not only that but I mixed half of my original lavendar scented shells with the unscented and it was a perfect blend to complete my projects! And I have more to play with. I am very happy with this purchase & will purchase again when I am ready for lavendar scented walnut shells. Delivery time & packaging was perfect for my needs!

Love that these are lavender scented and am using them for sewing a pincushion. Great product and value. I am happy with my purchase.

I had to replace my 60+ year old pincushion, it literally was falling apart and the needles were disappearing into it.I took apart the pincushion and saw it was made with crushed walnut shell. Since I want my new pincushion to be as good as my old one; I bought this crushed walnut with lavender mix. It is lovely. It has a slight lavender smell, its not overwhelming. It poured easily into my new pincushion, it compacted and keeps the needles upright. It also gives my pincushion a good weight. I am so pleased with this product.

Nice pleasant smell, a little messy. I would suggest using a bowl or plate when using it for easy clean up.

Clean with nice, subtle scent. I was hesitant to purchase after reading a review that mentioned bugs. I have to wonder if they mistook the dried lavender pieces for bugs, which I could see someone doing.
