Review: Well Built very sturdy - This machine it’s well built, easy to assemble, easy to take apart to fold up and store, I keep mine out and it does take up some space so make sure you have the room for it , the massage pad isn’t very comfortable on the unit so I use it in my chair it does come off and on. I also like that it has extra straps for your ankles to keep you from sliding, but I wear my shoes so they keep me in place as it does keep you in place once you pull the lock lever in place. Yes this is a great investment I have a lot of back issues and I only use this a couple days a week for Two to three minutes and it’s enough to relieve the pain. I would recommend getting this one.

**Q: Does it have a warranty and how long is the warranty?**
A: 30 days.  However, vendor is sending me a part that I need and has said nothing about charging me.  Very cordial.

**Q: I have loss some upper b9dy strength,  is it hard to invert and get back??**
A: My husband and I cannot get our table to invert by lifting our arms. We’ve tried all different levels of height for adjustment, and will only invert for me at 5’7” and I’m a 6’0, so my head is off the table! Anyone else have this problem?

**Q: does this table require you to hang from the ankles only? or is there some other type of support?**
A: It's from your ankles, it helps when you wear shoes .

This machine it’s well built, easy to assemble, easy to take apart to fold up and store, I keep mine out and it does take up some space so make sure you have the room for it , the massage pad isn’t very comfortable on the unit so I use it in my chair it does come off and on. I also like that it has extra straps for your ankles to keep you from sliding, but I wear my shoes so they keep me in place as it does keep you in place once you pull the lock lever in place. Yes this is a great investment I have a lot of back issues and I only use this a couple days a week for Two to three minutes and it’s enough to relieve the pain. I would recommend getting this one.

I use the table 4-5 times per week on the 40* angle and my back has never felt better. There are two types of massage and I love the second option that pulses and then alternates the areas. Overall the table does everything I want it to and my family loves it! My only complaint to the company is to make sure they seat all the nuts and bolts prior to shipping. One or two came loose (they're put in position in the table frame and then loosely tightened to make assembly easier) and were bouncing around loose in the box, which was torn in a few places in transit. I just got lucky that they didn't find a hole and drop out of the box. Otherwise, completely satisfied with the purchase.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It worked on my back pain

If you are like me then your back pain is miserable and you need something to work otherwise you'll go insane. I herniated 2 discs 18 years ago and every few years do something to really annoy the lower back and the sciatica pain comes back. This time it was moving house from one state to another, I really messed up this time. This inversion table helped me get my lower back better but don't think this will do it alone if you have severe sciatica, it will take a combinations of efforts. I took inflammation medication from the doctor, 1 to 1.5 hours a day of sciatica back stretching, core exercises and 15-20 mins per day of this inversion table. It took me 3 weeks of that regimen every single day, without fail. The inversion table is solidly built, easy to put together and it works! I could not give it 5 stars as the ankle/shin pad is extremely uncomfortable and I have to wrap my shins with a towel before clamping the bar to your shin area. If they can master a more comfortable leg brace then it would be perfect.
