Not effective window cleaner ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best household cleaning product ever! *by on Reviewed in the United States 22 June 2021* I'm not a fan of window cleaning and have a 2-story home which made me really procrastinate, but this product allowed me to clean all my windows on both floors in very little time. I won't ever hire a window cleaner again. Really easy to use, sturdy pole but light. The pole has an excellent locking into place system. Squeegee works really well and has the washing pad on the other side. It came with an extra washing pad and an extra squeegee blade. Overall, an excellent product. Totally recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First item was defective. Customer service replaced it free of charge. *by on Reviewed in the United States 8 June 2021* I think mine might be defective. The locking mechanism that holds the blade in various positions doesn’t work very well and it won’t lock into a horizontal position at all. Otherwise, it works fine and the telescoping handle seems pretty sturdy. But I’d be happier with one that couldn’t swivel at all than one which won’t hold the position it’s set to.Edit: A representative from the company reached out to me and offered to replace my product free of charge. I received the replacement item and it locks into whichever position I want.
