Will this headset work with Skype running on a Mac?

Yes. Phone. PC. Notepad. Surface--whatever- as long as you configure the device and then the application. I use it with Go To meeting, WebEx Lync, 8x8, Skype any audio file and have it config'd for multiple systems.

Does this unit include the wireless ear piece? Also, does this unit come with the Jabra LINK 14201-19?

The unit does include the wireless earpiece which I have been told by my customers is very clear. I'm not sure what 14201-19 is but I did have to purchase Jabra LINK 14201-17 for my Polycom phone system. Hope this helps
