what is the size of dishpan

Too small for my tastes. A 2.5 qt. bowl came almost to the top when put in to rinse in this dishpan. I have since repurposed it for storing stuff in my fridge.

What dimension on the bottom? I wonder if it is big enough to soak my feet.

Depends on foot size. If you have small feet yes, but if you have normal size feet you could do maybe 1 foot at a time. I would suggest a plastic sweater box to soak feet they are more rectangular shaped.

Does this product indicate that it has Microban in it?

As far as one of the reviewers found on the Sterilite website, it's not treated with Microban, which is why he/she bought it (review from Jan 2013).
