Siglent Technologies SDG1032X Arbitrary Waveform - Function Generator

This thing is awesome. Easy to use, tons of features, compact, good price, and a quality product. I use this for all kinds of experimenting. This unit sits on my electronics bench. I'm going to get another one that I can keep in my bedroom. I connect it to a speaker and listen to different frequencies that are good for your body and mind. This is my favorite piece of equipment. It's the most useful and the most fun. I love that it has two outputs too because lately I'm experimenting with mixing signals to get experimental healing and harming frequencies. If you're a human being, I would recommend you get this generator. Everyone can use it.

bought this wave generator for my son who is studying electronics, helped him a lot to work on his labs at home

I am a old electronics tech/engineer/ham radio operator of 50 plus years. I want to set up my bench with new test equipment so when I retire soon I can get back to building my own radios as well as troubleshooting my own expensive ham radios and do a little teaching of the next generation. I did my due diligence on function generators that were currently on the market and I liked the specs on the Siglent the best. They have test equipment at every price point. I looked at Rigol who did not have a office in the USA but liked the specs better with Siglent. Yeah it is not expensive Agilent but for the price you can't beat it. I own their O'scope and this function generator and soon their Spectrum Analyzer. I like this company even though it is made in China they have offices in USA and have extremely helpful customer service. Not everything from China is junk. This is a very good product from a still new company that I think will slice into this market segment for test equipment. I called and asked them if they are going to make a frequency counter and was told that this unit come with one. Great I was just looking at the specs as a function generator. I do hope this company makes more test equipment. I highly recommend any test equipment from this company. My only regret is that the company makes carry bags for all their equipment except the function generator. Hopefully they will correct this error soon!

I took up electronics as a retirement hobby. This function generator complements my Siglent oscilloscope nicely. It's as good as the expensive commercial ones I used briefly in the 1990s at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.
