If line counter is up and handle is on left side, like the picture, it’s left handed.

Anybody know line difference between the 15 and the 20?

15 is smaller in size than 20. Also 15 DX won't hold much of the 20 lb line. It might hold 100 yds or a lil over but its just always better to have enough line.

Why my 30DX reel does not come with mounting brackets and screws? where to get the them to mount onto my rod?

The bottom of the reel has a curved rail. That sits on pole, butt end. There is a fixed slot and another slot that moves in and out. The rail on the reel goes into these. As you screw the mount that moves, it tightens up on the reel.
