I never write reviews but i had to for this cane. I recently had major back surgery and needed something sturdy and supportive once I was able to graduate from the walker. This cane is a one stop shop and I am so pleased I decided to take a chance on it. The bottom gripper is super helpful in catching the ground for upcoming steps and follow through. The extra handle is my favorite, which has offered much support in getting up from a seated position, but also I use it to simply rest on it bending over and as part of my therapy. I never thought I would use the flash light but turns out, I use it all the time in navigating a dark hallway, midnight stroll to the restroom, finding key holes, or just looking for the dang remote. My first go with it, I thought it was a little light and would crumble if I put all my weight on it, but let me tell you - it has proved me wrong!! This light thing may look alittle puney, but it holds grown men. I also thought it was too short, but a simple push of the button, I was able to find the perfect height. I have also dropped this thing atleast 20 times, not only no damage, but I don't have to ask for anyone's help to pick it up. I literally step on the end and it comes right back to me!!! This cane has been a life saver and if your looking for a cane that offers great support, that's light, easy to manage and tuck away, and one that comes with a huuuge bonus of having an extra handle, search no further - you have found it!!! I am sold on it and buying another for my mother-in-law. Also, be prepared to share where you got it. Four people have already purchased it just from trying mine. This thing is awesome!!! Don't be peanut butter and jealous, go buy one for yourself 😀

Very handy that you can fold it in half to keep it. I purchased this cane because it has that second handle to help me get up from a chair. The built-in little headlight is very handy. It was easy to set up. I’m disappointed that it will not stand on its own. The base is too small and will not stand up by itself. Other than that it’s a good walking stick.

It's great! Right now it's all icy out so I tried to replace the bottom with an ice-ready tip I got off Amazon as well, but I'm not sure you can replace them? If I don't see any info on here I'll probably reach out to the company. I love the mechanism-- it definitely moves as advertised. Kinda bouncy but not in a way that makes you unstable. It just feels more natural. I also went on a flight with it (before installing the battery/light part, but they were in my carry on bag) and had no problems. Well, TSA made me walk around and do some nonsense but nothing with the cane being an issue. TSA just being TSA. Even though I've got that Pre-check thing. But yeah, the cane itself went through fine, I think. And if you didn't get a how-to-travel-disabled handbook (mine got lost in the mail i'm sure) you can request wheelchair assistance which helps take some of the walking out of those big travel days. It was easy enough, though no one helps you put your carryon above the seat unless someone else helps you out (usually I am patient until someone offers or kindly ask for help etc.)

July 26, 2024 At first I was very happy with my cane and its flashlight. Then after about 2 or 3 weeks the flashlight just came apart and I lost a piece of it. Now it can't be fixed. Also, when I first got the cane I had to take it to the hardware store and buy a nut and bolt to secure it to the cane. Overall it's just a cheap and useless cane.

I have muscular dystrophy and my muscles began to decline rapidly so I decided to throw away my pride and buy a cane, and I chose this one. It’s been a good choice so far. Had it for a couple months and the swivel takes some getting used to but now I’m rock solid with it and it’s saved me from more than a couple falls. It’s durable enough and the flashlight is extremely handy, much more than I thought it would be. It’s not perfect, sometimes the base gets unscrewed a bit but nothing some glue didn’t immediately fix. Overall it’s just a good choice

I bought this for a stand up cane next to the chair with a small footprint. "The indoor cane." The flashlight he loved but the fact that isn't really a stand alone cane doomed the flashlight & it broke. It is also not the strongest or sturdiest cane. It's built to fold & store conveniently. That it does well with a tilt of the assist bar & a tug along the length of the cane it's as compact as folding umbrella. For someone looking a heavy-duty weight bearing cane, check further. However, someone looking for an assist cane that folds handily this is a good choice.

I recently purchased this cane and feel very secure using it. I am not steady on my feet and thought a quad cane would be the best solution. However, I almost tripped while walking with it so decided to try this cane. It has a much smaller base to offer support and does not interfere with my walking. Even though the instructions and video are clear, I still had questions so I emailed SUEH as they suggest with a promise of a quick response. To my surprise, I received a detailed email the next day. The Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced. The light comes with an extra battery which I did not know. I learned that from my email exchange with their Customer Service. Some of the canes do not even include a battery and this one comes with two. The second handle makes it easier to get up from a sitting position which I also appreciate. I am very happy with my purchase and wholeheartedly recommend this cane. However, should you have any questions or concerns, you can be sure that their Customer Service team will respond right away and make things right for you. They really care and want you to be happy.

Bought for my elderly mother. She loves it because the lower hand grip allows her to be able to stand up from a seated position. She also loves the flashlight. I do wish it could stand up on its own better. Her last cane fell and shattered the light. We are afraid it will happen again with this one.

È leggero ma robusto, comodo da impugnare, pratico perché pieghevole e regolabile in altezza e con faretto da supporto in caso di necessità per illuminare serratura porta o le zone in cui c'è poca luce. Comodo perché rimane in piedi da solo e comunque nel caso cadesse a terra è facile da tirare su con il piede senza doversi chinare. Utile anche la seconda impugnatura pieghevole più bassa come appoggio per alzarsi da posizione seduta. Soddisfatta dell acquisto

Arrivée le lendemain de ma commande. Produit de bonne qualité, légère, appuie avec amortissement. Facilité pour la marche car tenue souple et équilibrée. Depuis Dimanche que je l’utilise moins mal au dos et plus envie de marcher. La nuit en sécurité avec la lampe car je me levais sans allumer pour ne pas réveiller mon époux. Et dernier elle effectivement droite lorsque la pose. Bon produit je le recommande.

Where to start - I bought this for my mum who is just under 5ft tall and quite hunched over. We usually have a problem with sticks being too tall for her and opt for cheap ones that we cut to size. She needed one with a better grip as she relies on it a lot and was worried a regular stick would slip in the damp coming into winter. We’re really pleased with this, she finds it steady and also stays upright when you let go of it. She doesn’t use the torch but it’s bright and would be useful should there be a powercut. She uses the handle to lean on occasionally too but I finds it not very stable to pull herself up from a chair or something low. Now to the height - it was too tall, so my son took it apart and removed one of the sections and tightened the cable inside, this works perfectly. It doesn’t get folded at all so I’m not sure whether doing this has made an difference to the folding mechanism in the long term, it doesn’t seem to at the moment. I also believe it’s possible to drill and additional hole which we have done on other metal sticks, it’s a bit of faffing about that you don’t want to be doing but that seems the only option to get a correct sized stick for someone short!
