**Q: Hesitant to buy.  I see you can only purchase new copies.  They no longer make this version, so how is it new copies are all of a sudden available?**
A: Hello and thank you for the question.  You are correct, they have retired this version of the board game.  I cannot speak for other sellers, but I can say that the two versions of the game that I have for sale under IHM Exchange are brand new and in their original shrink wrap.  Even though I sell on the Amazon platform, I enjoy board games and seek out hard to find new ones both to enjoy and to sell.  I hope that helps!

I bought this Candyland version because it was the one I had growing up and I don't like how the new ones look. When it came in, it was a travel version of Candyland with different characters on the box. I returned it.

### ⭐ missing player pawns

the game was missing two plastic player pawns. There was a rip on the inside plastic area that looked like someone took scissors too. Not happy with this product.
