Great with 3.5mm IEMs
I have KZ zsn pro X with angled 3.5mm and 7hz salnotes zero with straight 3.5mm. the Zero always have problem fiting in my pocket unlike the zsn pro x so this Angle 3.5mm adaptor fixed my problems on Salnotes Zero.

As advertised, works great
Does the job in a nice low-profile package, no complaints. Just note that this is TRRS to TRRS only. It will not work to convert TRS inputs. I didn't really expect it to, but it did come up when I was searching for TRS to TRRS adapters and the product page was a little ambiguous on that point so I just wanted to clarify.

Works perfect for what it is
Worked perfectly to help get rid of the 90 degree bend my headphone cable was doing. No issues with sound degradation or adding fuzz to the audio (or at least none that I notice)
