Easy to use, love wifi, cannot figure out a few things but oh well it does more than i expected to start with. not for use in the bedroom :-), is loud as others noticed. For the noise you can find some suggestions online as this unit is fairly popular and lot of DIY for it. I got it to charge my batteries and for small design projects. I have seen that there is plenty of noise on the output so for precise electronics you may need to add a circuit to clean it up. overall i am happy i do not need to baby sit as I can see what is going on via my cell phone via my network and that includes temperature sensors.

Well if you need it you need it and there is nothing that does this at 18amps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good power supply at an affordable price

This is the "fully" assembled version of the product with the case and the power supply included. I quoted "fully" because actually, I had to re-open the box to connect the external temperature sensor, reattach properly the power supply connector to the main board and insert a CR1220 battery I had to provide. Now, this product does not come with a power cord nor a USB cable, you have to supply them which surprised me, especially the power cord like if it was optional rather than an essential part of a power supply, this I really don't get... Luckily, I had one handy. This should be mentioned in the product description and the product description should also be corrected about the USB cable as it is not included. The product itself works pretty well even though there are some quirks like: - the main switch at the rear is a real pain as the unit is quite long and not easily reachable when stacked with other equipments, that is a star left. This thing is consuming power when in sleep mode (screen off but front button blinking). - the display which jumps a little bit in voltage while when measured is actually very stable - the beeps should be less agressive, it is so annoying that everybody is shutting it off - the ventilation opening are a joke, not to mention the height of the feet leaving very little fresh air coming in from underneath and the inside gets pretty hot very quickly kicking of the noisy fans too often to my taste - the curve display is not really helpful since, you cannot navigate it, it is real time and not really indicative given the available scales - the refresh rate settings are weird, when on slow, values are relatively stable but when set to middle or fast, it becomes inaccurate since values are jumping so fast. - no Mac OS version of the software, this is a real bummer!! - no possibility to charge a battery with a BMS, that is also a bummer!! The battery is actually not detected when empty while going on power supply mode, it works, so why providing such a useful feature if we cannot use it with safe batteries? So far, apart from the little things I am complaining above, this product is a great addition to my mini-lab since I a just a hobbyist and I don't need the super expensive machinery which goes with a real lab.
