A: No it’s just hook Velcro on the back.

A: Yes.  The patch has the "hook" side of a velcro-type fastener already attached.  It also includes a cut-to-fit piece of the "pile" or "loop" side.

**Q: Just bought one do you have it without Velcro**
A: Cut the Velcro off
