All I Can Say IS . . . . . . . . . . . .
Believe me, I was both skeptical and hopeful about ordering these speakers, after a couple of hours of reading and watching reviews I took the plunge. I have a small bedroom that I use for my home office and studio for recording and mixing and the size for the purported performance was just enough to push me to purchase. They arrived on time and packaged well. Hooked them up and. . . . . . . bummer! Sounded pretty bad. one speaker barley produced while the other one sounded ok. Also, was getting stereo bleed, that is to say not getting stereo separation (in my DAW). Hooked up both wire and Bluetooth same issue (PLEASE KEEP READING!). Was just about ready to pack them up and ship them back and to begin my quest once again for a pair of monitors. Just on a whim, decided give them a final listen just to drive the last nail. Moved them from beside my dual monitors and set them side by side. . . plugged everything back in . . . connected via Bluetooth . . . . pulled up a song . . . hit the play button and . . . . . wait for it. . . . . . wait for it. . . . . . it was one of those authentic WOW! moments. I promptly placed them back one on each side of my dual monitor workstation and hit the play button again and I have to say I am still thoroughly impressed. My skepticism has been swept away. I can only figure that something in the power cycle of the speakers or possibly reseating the speaker connection cable was the issue. I am so glad I did not ship them back. They just sound great! ( (please understand, I am not claiming these would stand up to a 6 or 8 inch set of monitors but then those would not fit on my desk either and I have been desperate to get away from exclusively mixing in my headphones) ). As a bonus, you can input via wire and wireless simultaneously and they sound great. For their size and portability coupled with their sound quality. all I can say is do not be afraid of these little sleepers. (BTW, this is the first time I have written a review of any product/purchase ever. You do your research and a product lives up to its description I reward by buying again. This review just warranted my first. . . nough' said. back Five Stars from me. ( two weeks later) Ok, well I hit a snag. . . had them for a week and the satellite speaker developed a terrible rattle/crackle when mixing any low end frequencies despite volume levels. The main speaker remained beautifully clear and punchy. Was sad to pack them up for return. The Amazon return process is great. Just received my refund notice and will be re-purchasing these speakers. I know that sometimes it just happens and am willing to give them another shot. My star rating will remain the same for now. . . . . fingers crossed, will update

Impressive
I got these when they went on sale, for $200 they are normally $350. If you have seen YouTube reviews of these small monitors you likely already have seen that they punch way above their weight class. I cannot compare them to other monitors however ive owned much larger and more expensive speakers systems and these really are hard to describe. Their size should not be able to produce the volume and clarity they are capable of so easily. These do not come with the room correction mic or software the other more expensive offerings from this manufacture do. I personally dont need that but if you're doing professional mixing and mastering you'll likely want that. For regular bedroom dj's just making tracks the micros are fine and more than enough. They sound like speakers that should be twice their size and way more expensive. If you put these in the same room as a larger floor speaker setup and did a blind listening you would have a hard time telling which speakers were playing. They are that loud and clear. These are perfect computer speakers. I dont think you could get better for $200. They dont require any kind of interface, just anything that can use a 3.5 jack or blutooth. You good to go. Phones, tablets, computers, projectors can all be used with total ease. I own several sennheiser headphones and these are in the same league from a soundstage and clarity perspective. Loud and clean with minimal distortion at high volume. They shouldn't be capable of being this good for their size but they are.

Great upgrade from a listening to your computer monitor
I’m not exactly an audiophile, but I’ve wanted to upgrade from listening to music through my computer monitor so I bought these and a WiiM. The difference is night and day - I feel like I’m sitting in the studio as opposed to listening through a tin can. It probably needs a subwoofer to fill out the lower end. Fine for most things, but there is something missing if there’s some bass. I knew that coming in though. These are monitors not magic fairy dust boxes.

Perfect small reference speakers for video editing
I spent hours researching small reference speakers that would fit nicely on my desk before I landed on these and I’m so glad these are the speakers I went with. I edit videos for hours everyday and the quality and clarity of these speakers are perfect for my job. I usually keep them around half volume, any higher than that is too loud for sitting at the desk. The only thing I don’t love is that I have to connect the Bluetooth in my system settings every time I turn them on, but once I do the connection is flawless. They fit great on my desk sitting just behind my screens. I’m very happy with this purchase

Excellent monitors!
These are excellent relatively small monitors that produce much more sound than expected given their size. Indeed, you would be hard pressed to find a better set of monitors at this price point!

Good sound but a fatal flaw
They sound great but there are some oddities you need to know about. At certain frequencies, usually in spoken male voice, you will get a loud vibration that you will definitely hear. I am using these as computer speakers. Found some posts online about this issue by a musician. He posted a link to the exact note that causes the vibration https:// soundcloud.com/john-salazar-8/iloud-test-bb-octave-rhodes (remove my space after //). Ripping the grill off the offending left speaker in my case helped (extremely difficult, it appears to be epoxyed at the corners), but there is still an obvious loud vibration peak that is much louder then the source material being played. Not sure if its an internal physical issue of something loose, or an electronic issue that occurs in the digital circuitry. It is disappointing to spend this much $$ and have such an easily repeatable problem not be engineered out, before the speakers were released. For music playback at low volumes you may or may not notice this anomaly. For listening to podcasts, youtube videos of people talking, or even dialogue in movies you might not like this annoying buzzing. For reference, I have the volume of the speaker set on its back slightly below the halfway mark, and using my Corsair keyboard volume control above 38/100 causes the massive vibration spike every time. 100% repeatable. I installed a freeware program on my computer called Equalizer APO 1.2 that allows you to customize a detailed 31band octave directly in windows 10 before its routed to the motherboards onboard sound chip. I was able to remove some of the problem by lowering the frequencies near the buzzing in the APO equalizer. Here is a copy of the most valid post I found online detailing this exact problem: ..."however, when playing a B3 or Bb3 or the same notes an octave above (B4, Bb4) at higher velocities/volumes the left speaker makes a very noticeable high pitched buzzing noise as if a piece of hardware within the speaker is resonating with the note. The is especially prominent when playing rhodes tones from my keyboard and from Keyscape. I also hear this buzzing occasionally when watching videos where the voices are in the same ranges." Source of that copy paste: http:// forums.musicplayer.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/3041369/buzzing-when-using-iloud-micro-monitors-as-keyboard-amp I was hesitant to buy speakers made out of plastic for issues exactly like this. Plastic made stuff tends to be thin and easily set into resonance at certain frequencies. Spent countless hours watching and reading reviews and they seemed to be some kind of technical miracle. Well, as always is the case, you cannot defy the laws of physics. I will reach out to the manufacturer and see if they have any diy solutions that I can do to fully use these speakers without this limitation. Other than that annoying high pitched buzzing, the speakers sound great, seem well built, and are sturdy. I wish they had an optical input though, but that would add to the cost as it would need more circuitry.

iLoud Micro Speakers - A Game Changer in Compact Audio
Introduction The quest for the perfect sound setup often leads to a myriad of choices, from various DACs to an array of speakers. However, the iLoud Micro Speakers emerge as a beacon in this crowded space, especially for those who have experienced the limitations of other brands. These compact speakers are not just another addition to the market; they represent a significant beating to the competition. Design and Size At first glance, the iLoud Micro Speakers impress with their compact and sleek design. Their small footprint is a perfect fit for any office or desk setup, making them ideal for those with limited space. Despite their size, these speakers pack an absolute punch, rivaling larger, more cumbersome models. Sound Quality The sound quality of the iLoud Micro Speakers is where they truly shine. They offer an auditory experience akin to being reborn. This is a drastic shift in the audio experience, likening it to seeing the world in color after a lifetime in black and white. The clarity, depth, and richness of the sound are unparalleled, especially considering their size and price point. Performance When it comes to performance, the iLoud Micro Speakers surpass expectations. They deliver a balanced and detailed sound across various genres of music. The bass is tight and punchy, the mids are clear and well-defined, and the highs are crisp without being harsh. This level of performance is typically found in more expensive, larger speakers. Comparison with Other Speakers The iLoud Micro Speakers stand out even more when compared to other speakers, such as the Klipsch bookshelf models. While Klipsch speakers are known for their quality, the iLoud Micros offer a more vibrant and immersive sound experience in a much smaller package. They challenge the notion that bigger is always better in the world of speakers. Price Value In terms of value for money, these speakers are unmatched. They deliver high-end audio quality at a fraction of the cost of other premium speakers. This makes them not only an excellent choice for audiophiles on a budget but also for anyone looking to upgrade their audio setup without breaking the bank. Recommendation For those craving an exceptional audio experience from their office computer or desk setup, the iLoud Micro Speakers are a must-have. They offer a combination of compact design, exceptional sound quality, and affordability for this level of sound. After years of searching and experimenting with different audio setups, it's clear that these speakers have no parallel at their price point.

Pleasantly surprised by these things
I got these on sale for $200. So keep that in mind with my review, as I did not pay the full price of $300. But that said, these things sound incredible. The sound curve seems decently flat in the environments i have used them (there is an eq on the back incase you aren't using them for music production and want more bass). The blue tooth had no real noticeable latency when used on ipad, although I mostly use these with my sp404mk2 plugged in. (They can either be connected via Bluetooth, 3.5mm or stereo RCA. I bought a set of stereo 1/4" TS to RCA cables to use with my gear. ) These things sounds great and are really as close to true portable powered speakers as you can get. And might even sound as good if not better than my home studio speakers. As a heads up- They do require to be plugged into an outlet, they do not run on usb.

Great monitor speakers for limited space.
I have limited desk space for recording, and these near field monitors have a very small footprint while maintaining excellent sound quality. The monitors can be angled up or mounted on mic stands for ideal positioning, and room acoustics can be allowed for by adjusting basic Eq controls on the rear of the main speaker. Inputs are limited to RCA or 3.5 mm sockets, so adapters for 6.5 mm outputs from audio interfaces may be required. I was mildly disappointed that a British, rather than an Australian, power cord was supplied, but at least the voltage was correct and it was easy to find an appropriate power cord.

At the price, simply amazing
The only thing I would say is if you are going to use these in a dark room. Get the black ones instead. The LED is very bright, and even if you block it, it will shine through the white plastic.

compact and powerful.
These may look small but are two powerful set of monitors. Sound quality is maybe not that flat but there is value for money. You may go for it.

Increibles
Impresionante sonido para su tamaño. Balanceado con graves que llegan a 45 hz. La construcción es solida excepto el interruptor de encendido, que tiene juego.
