I'm amazed how these have significantly reduced my menopause symptoms. It's taken about 3 weeks to feel the difference. Particularly noticed virtually no more aches in my joints. I use Menopace plus since half a year now and am satisfied with the product. Hot flashes became less and less, in generally I feel more relaxed now. It takes about a week to 10 days until the first results become obvious.

Ive been taking this for 6 days and although I dont want to jinx it, my hot flushes have practically gone, I dont feel alot calmer in myself and not so anxious and last night I slept for a full 6 hours which I haven't done for many years. I have been taking this or the plain Menopace for a long time. I started taking it to help with hot flushes and am not sure whether it does or not, I certainly still get them. However I haven't really had any other menopause symptoms. A few months ago I changed to a much cheaper supplement which didn't have many of the vitamins and minerals and after some weeks, my finger joints began to hurt when flexed, especially in the morning, and the bottoms of my feet hurt. These are menopause symptoms, due to the lack of oestrogen, and drinking more water helps somewhat. Having started taking Menopace again about 3 weeks ago, I am noticing a definite improvement in my finger joints, so I think I'll stick with it!
